The Challenge and Solution

We have worked with Paintbox for many years and have established Citrix based technology as part of their IT infrastructure, allowing them to operate on a true multi-site basis, with specific employees able to work remotely and productively from different locations. 

During the lockdown period of COVID 19 we were able to quickly scale up their Citrix based platform to enable all users to work from home.

 

The Results

Despite interruptions to manufacturing, systems access remained an important requirement for the purposes of business administration and planning, and we were able to ensure a speedy and smooth transition to remote working for all employees.

Our Citrix based solution also means that new and updated applications can be deployed centrally, providing a seamless update service for all users.
