We are hiring right now

You will play a vital role in helping our company build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our existing client base at Board and senior management level. 

You will show clients the value they can benefit from through investing in solutions that typically comprise of products and services in our core portfolio. 

As Key Account Manager, your day-to-job involves managing each of our clients' account with our business.  Through regular contact via telephone, email, Teams based meetings, and on-site meetings, you will identify opportunities, propose solutions, and close new business from these existing clients.  You will need to meet agreed sales targets.

Ideally, you are currently employed as a Key Account Manager or similar role at a Managed Service Provider or IT reseller, having worked there for at least two years.  Your combined current and past employment in similar roles totals 5+ years.

You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - and be experienced in building and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.  You will be an active listener, seek an in-depth understanding of a client's business, have a good knowledge of business and commerce, possess and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, express this knowledge confidently when presenting solutions, quickly make educated and high-quality decisions even under pressure, organise yourself well, manage your time, have a take ownership mentality, negotiate with clients and suppliers, create and deliver an impactful sales pitch during client meetings, build and maintain customer loyalty, pursue a sale to a conclusion, and able to mentally overcome the difficulties of failing to close a sale.

You will play a vital role in finding new clients and potential opportunities for our products and services, looking to identify and establish relationships at Board and senior management level.  You will build and expand the presence of our company and our brand.

Your focus primarily centres around developing short and long term connections with business leads.  You will create market strategies, develop and maintain new relationships with prospective clients, conduct periodic market research and analysis, train other business development staff in the business, and attend conferences and events on behalf of the business.

You will show prospective clients the value they can benefit from through investing in solutions that typically comprise of products and services in our core portfolio.

You are currently employed as a New Business Development Manager or similar role at a Managed Service Provider or IT reseller, having worked there for at least two years.  Your combined current and past employment in similar roles totals 5+ years.

You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - and be experienced in building and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.  You will be an active listener, seek an in-depth understanding of a client's business, have a good knowledge of business and commerce, possess and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, express this knowledge confidently when presenting solutions, organise yourself well, manage your time, negotiate with clients and suppliers, promote our company and engage with others who might be interested in partnerships, understand the basic principles of marketing and apply them in your business development role, project manage many aspects to be a successful business developer, create and deliver an impactful sales pitch during client meetings, pursue a sale to a conclusion, and able to mentally overcome the difficulties of failing to close a sale.

The focus of this role is to provide IT support, systems management, and project delivery to our clients.  The role includes:

  • The provision of 2nd & 3rd line technical support to our Clients.
  • Providing scheduled, ad hoc, or emergency on-site visits.
  • Helping to ensure the smooth operation of our IT helpdesk.
  • Recording and investigating requests and queries thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that computer users or their IT Representatives are regularly kept informed.
  • Ensuring clients' IT infrastructure functions efficiently and securely.
  • Playing a key part in technical projects, at all stages of planning and delivery.

You are currently employed as a Senior Technical Analyst or similar role at a Managed Service Provider or IT reseller, having worked there for at least a year.  Your combined current and past employment in similar roles totals 5+ years.

You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, being someone who actively listens, diagnoses a problem through to the end, and patiently explains a solution.  You are able to investigate complex issues, make decisions and develop solutions, even under pressure.  You organise yourself well - being thorough in ensuring calls are recorded in the helpdesk database, timely resolutions are found, and clients are satisfied with the result.  You remain enthusiastic and motivated particularly during challenging situations, and take responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.  You possess and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services, able to work together as a team, are flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business, and help build customer loyalty through adopting our 'The client is king' culture.

The focus of this role is to plan and set the support rotas; manage the logistics of getting kit to the right site and on-time; manage the logistics of scheduling resource to install PCs, laptops, printers and other similar equipment at client sites; obtain supplier quotations and pricing; prepare Bill of Materials and client quotations; email to clients and follow up the regular and smaller quotations; and help build customer loyalty through adopting our 'The client is king' culture.

You will currently be employed as a Scheduler & Technical Administrator or similar role at a Managed Service Provider or IT reseller, having worked there for at least a year.  Your combined current and past employment in similar roles totals 2+ years.  You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organise yourself well, are able to work with others as a team, take responsibility for the tasks unique to your role, are flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.

You will appreciate being able to work from your home.  You are self-motivated, able to work on multiple tasks, focused on the job in hand, and understand the need to work to deadlines agreed with clients.
